The two bedroomed cottage, built in the early years of the last century, is situated up a stepped pathway in a row of fishermen's cottages. The location is quaint but, due to the steps, is unsuitable for the disabled and infirm. However, the traffic-free environment means it is very safe for children.

The cottage is furnished and decorated to a high standard and has recently been fitted with a new bath, shower and central heating system. Digital TV/DVD player, microwave, washing machine, hair-dryer, hi-fi - it goes without saying they are provided. The cottage has a digital radio too.

A small, secluded courtyard provides an ideal venue for barbecues and al fresco dining.
